Michael Resavy
I was born and raised in Upstate NY and graduated from Siena College where I majored in Biology and played Division I men’s soccer. A few years after college I landed in Syracuse NY where I married my college sweetheart. We bought our first home near Syracuse where we had our three children. For the next 24 years, I worked in pharmaceutical sales and sales leadership. I was promoted several times and was relocated across the US three times. Our first move was to Raleigh NC in 2007. In 2010, we moved to Dallas TX, and then finally back to the Raleigh area in 2014. During my time in pharmaceuticals, I learned many professional skills and received the highest level of training and coaching. My experiences and tremendous success in the pharmaceutical industry helped me quickly establish my real estate career finishing rookie of the year in 2021. Within three years I became a Keller Williams luxury certified agent and launched my own team called “Resavy Residential”.
I am both a listing agent and buyer’s agent and welcome all types of clients. I have experience with first-time home buyers, luxury homes, new construction, as well as working with senior clients. When I meet a new client for the first time, I tell them “At the end of our time together my goal is that you will want to recommend me to everyone you know. If that does not happen, then I failed to meet my own expectations”. My client’s needs are always at the forefront of all I do. It is my goal to know my clients, understand their needs, communicate with them often, and then far exceed all their expectations.
My family loves the Raleigh area and all it has to offer. In our free time you can find us on Harris Lake boating, fishing, and water skiing, or walking our three golden retrievers in one of the many local and county parks. We love to cook and often have friends over to enjoy pizza from our outdoor brick pizza oven or some BBQ from the smoker. Michelle Zandy
I attended the University of Scranton and graduated with a degree in Accounting. Upon graduation I began working for a large multinational manufacturing company in the Cost Accounting department. After a few years, I found myself to be more interested in the day to day manufacturing process so I switched to a position in Production Control with a focus on scheduling. I found this to be more rewarding interacting with the people making the product and sharing in the entire build process. I met my husband in college who happens to be from the same hometown as me in the Southern Tier of New York. We have two beautiful daughters and it’s hard to believe we will be empty nesters in 2024! After a few job changes and many wonderful years staying at home to raise our children I now find myself working for my brother Michael as his Transaction Coordinator. I am looking forward to working with all his clients to help make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as possible.
